Amaturo Sonoma Media Group is seeking a full-time Traffic Manager. This is a detailed, time sensitive position where an organized individual will thrive.
General Responsibilities:
Schedule commercials for stations
Create, export, reconcile daily traffic logs
Insert Copy
Print Broadcast contracts daily
Prepare reports for sales staff and management
Enter and schedule sales orders
Prepare Affidavits
Reconcile Barter Accounts
Notarize Co-op’s
We are looking for key qualifications to identify our ideal candidate:
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Flexible, able to work in fast paced environment
– Strong communication and time management skills
– Ability to multitask
– Highly organized
– Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
– Marketron experience a plus
– Notary Public a plus
– Team player
– AA or BA preferred, or equivalent work experience
Radio Traffic Managers are responsible for scheduling advertising and promotions in line with business strategy, aiming to maximize revenue.
Juggling competing demands is highly pressurized work. Radio Traffic Managers must be able to prioritize to meet tight deadlines. It’s their responsibility to ensure that all commercial activity is delivered to the satisfaction of clients and agencies.
Radio Traffic Managers work closely with colleagues in sales and marketing, sponsorship, promotions, events, and programming.
Compensation $22-25hr, Medical/Dental, Vacation, 401k
This is not a remote position.
