We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Bilingual Salesperson to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to assess needs, recommend data-driven strategies, and implement campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to support a diverse range of markets and customers.

General Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and outreach
- Identify and research potential clients through online tools, databases, and market intelligence.
- Assess prospects’ needs, decision-making authority, and potential fit to ensure alignment with the company’s offerings.
- Log all outreach activities, conversations, and lead data accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified leads passed to senior sales staff.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, attend training sessions, and actively seek feedback to improve skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or agency work, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong strategic thinking and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Marketron and Rumple
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $40,000 annually
- Commission Plan:
- 12% commission on revenue from new business sourced or closed
- 6% commission on revenue from existing business maintained or expanded
- Benefits: Medical/Dental, Vacation, 401k
