Join Certified California Naturalist John Lynch on his wondrous wildflower walks. Departing from the Visitor Center, this route takes us on the Creekside and Hillside trails returning via Meadow.

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for youth (12-17 year olds), students, Sugarloaf members, Sugarloaf or RFO volunteers, and free for children under 12. Wear layers, appropriate footwear for muddy and/or slippery trails, bring at least a quart of water and if desired, a snack. Heavy rain cancels and will be announced early on the day of the hike. Parking fees apply.

The event will take place on April 3rd and 4th, from 11 am - 5 pm, and will feature live music both days and a public tour on Saturday, the 4th at 1 pm.

The OAEC Nursery is a nonprofit nursery dedicated to uplifting ecologically and culturally important plants, focusing on perennial food, medicinal, and native varieties, and an ever-evolving selection of annual food crops.

This celebration also pays respect to the Indigenous peoples who first stewarded this land, the courage of our founders, and the dedication of the dairy and egg farming community that shaped our town. Rooted in community, innovation, and independence, the parade celebrates the small-town spirit that continues to make Petaluma a vibrant place to call home.
