Sales and Marketing Consultant

We’re seeking Sales and Marketing Consultants focused on digital media and sponsorship sales. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and collaborate with senior sales and creative teams to craft tailored marketing programs that drive measurable results.

General Responsibilities:

Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and outreach
Sports Sponsorship Packaging
Identify and research potential clients through online tools, databases, and market intelligence.
Assess prospects’ needs, decision-making authority, and potential fit to ensure alignment with the company’s offerings.
Log all outreach activities, conversations, and lead data accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified leads passed to senior sales staff.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, attend training sessions, and actively seek feedback to improve skills.

Key Qualifications:

Sponsorship or Digital experience a plus
3+ Years of Sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $40,000 – $70,000 annually
Commission Plan:
- 12% commission on gross revenue for first year
Benefits: Medical/Dental, Vacation, 401k
