A Theater for Children invites families to experience Space Princess Wars, a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud comedy that launches onto the stage this March at the Kid Street Charter School Theater.

Written by Don Zolidis, one of the nation’s leading playwrights for young actors, Space Princess Wars is a clever mashup that blends the epic sci-fi adventure of Star Wars, the fairytale romance and humor of The Princess Bride, and a few playful nods to Cats the musical. The result is a wildly imaginative theatrical experience for kids and adults alike.

The story pulls audiences into a galaxy of space wizards, secret agendas, and heroic destinies, all brought to life with intentionally inventive stage effects — including actors hurling models and puppets — making the show both hilarious and delightfully creative.
